March 31 · jesse JamesThey do not respect your property. On two occasions they have covered my vehicles with grass clippings by using a leaf blower in my driveway. My Jeep windows were slightly open and my front seats were covered with grass clippings. I asked the landscaper to stop, but he just stared at me and kept blowing the grass between my two vehicles. Dirt and grass all over my paint and windows on two occasions. Amanda, the person in charge will not return my calls. No respect, no response, poor service and not professional.THIS IS THE COMPANY’S RESPONSE AFTER COMPLETELY COVERING MY VEHICLES IN CLIPPINGS MULTIPLE TIMES SEVERAL WEEKS IN A ROW.The homeowner does need to assume responsibility for the level and expectation of the appearance of their vehicle in situations such as these. It is not the job of my crews to knock on doors and request that homeowners move their cars so we can blow the leaves from their driveways and from under their vehicles. If a resident doesn't want their car in the rain, snow, or have leaves on it, they need to take the step to protect their vehicle and park it in the garage.Again, if that vehicle is parked outside during services, that address AND the two surrounding addresses will not be serviced. This is not a case of the crew performing a job poorly, this is a case of harassment of my crews due to micromanaging on a camera. It is easy to look on a security camera and send a clip of a video of a guy with a blower trying to blow leaves away from and under a car that was left by the homeowner in their driveway. The crew is not deliberately blowing leaves onto the car, they are being forced to work around it and under it because it is located in a space we HAVE to service.
November 10 · Dan MWell the owner just decided to try to pass everybody in his big White truck with his gas rig on back. This was on Higgins Rd in Pingree Grove and kicked rocks up on a guys vehicle to get stuck behind a mile of traffic within a tenth of a mile of his idiotic pass. Then he pulled up next to the vehicle and tried to provoke a fight with the guy he cut off. We then approach Randal Rd and Higgins w traffic still backed up; he gets in the left turn lane just to get ahead of everybody and then last minute goes straight from the wrong lane. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with this guy’s business, but to call yourself an owner and behave like that with your name on your truck come on dude… The power of social media does work. You should operate like a proud owner even when you’re not mowing the lawns. I hope you kick up less rocks with the mower than you did on other people’s vehicles
May 07 · ShaneBrainThey did landscaping in New construction home. Planted wrong tree for the environment and planted 10" too deep. Tree got root rot. Entire development full of dead trees. Have year warranty, 9 months in and have still not replaced dead shrubs.
August 24 · Barbara BarkleyWinters does the landscaping and snow removal for my townhome association. They do phenomenal work! Always very conscientious about removing snow and clearing sidewalks.
