I posted this review 4 yrs ago. Had bad customer service from you is all I can remember. Four years later, you are now asking me to give you a call to discuss the issue as to why we only gave you a 2 star review. That says a lot right there. We found someone else who we hired to do the work. Thank you.

Tore up the alley I use to access my house. Tried to tell me it was the City’s problem, not mine. Poor communication when trying to get the issue resolved and zero apology for the damage done to my vehicle. Did such a poor job the business that hired them for plowing services asked them not to return.

Extremely dishonest immoral people. They will charge you extra if they think you are rich. They have absolutely no values and will lie, cheat, and steal from their customers and employees.Perfect example of lying, the response says I have never been a customer but I have bought numerous things from this company. I also have inside knowledge of how they treat the employees.

I'm not sure who this James guy is below, but either he came on 4th of July when they were closed, or he works for one of their competitors and is trying to ruin traffic for them. Or maybe he's blind, and therefore had no business going to look at the thousands of gorgeous plants they have in stock.
