I hired LandCrafters to redesign my sloped front yard, which has sandy soil, full sun exposure, and required low-maintenance plantings. These are challenging conditions, but I made my requests clear from the beginning.Two years later, the results have been disappointing. The yard now requires constant weeding, and many of the plants recommended and installed have either died or declined significantly. Of the 11 shrubs planted, 3 are already dead, and 4 more are struggling or smaller than when planted. Of the 11 decorative fescues, only 6 still survive, some barely. Only one plant has grown enough to provide meaningful coverage against weeds.Despite investing several thousand dollars, my yard is already in need of another costly makeover. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
