September 10 · Alexander MysliwiecI ordered 9 yards mulch from them. I had a huge tarp on a driveway which would have accommodated twice the mulch I ordered. I have been ordering mulch for 16 years now in this manner. The driver pulls up and does not come to the door. He just dumps the mulch and about 1/3 of it ends up in my garden which of course suffocates the plants! He also backed up too far and the mulch was on driveway, not tarp. The whole purpose of gardening is for the plants! I had to immediately move the mulch off my garden so as not to kill established 15 year old plants. All he had to do was let me spot him because he cannot see how much is falling out. I immediately went out when he pulled up but he had all ready dumped it inappropriately. If he would have given me half a minute I would have spotted for him.I called the office to complain and he text me a very nasty text and told me to "get real".He obviously does not garden and is clueless as to how much work it is to move mulch, let alone having to move it twice! This was my second year with them and I won't be back. Last year they delivered mulch with a copperhead in it but I let that slide because it can happen.I have pictures to prove everything I'm saying. They offered to have him come back to move the mulch but all I got was a nasty text from him.
April 21 · Faith Stephenswe use them every year for firewood and it’s always great!
October 01 · Kori RedmanAbsolutely terrible job. Asked to spread 3” down entire driveway, they claimed they could spread it all the way down. Come back from work and it’s only in the middle of the driveway? It was about 1’+ in some places multiple “speed bumps”, it was not smooth at all or even all the way across. Scraped the underside of the car. They left a metal bar in the driveway. Neighbours said they kept running over the gravel to “smooth it out”. They may be able to deliver gravel but they can’t spread it like they claimed. In addition, very hard to get ahold of. 0/10. And it was way overpriced for the amount. Will definitely be going somewhere else in the future for gravel.
March 06 · Tyler ArnoldHad an issue with some firewood I got late in the season. Customer service/front desk was excellent and fixed the situation right away; the new firewood I got was perfect (dry and seasoned), and now I look forward to getting all my firewood next year from them. Thanks Good Earth!
